We make it easy to apply for and quickly process loans to purchase new or used vehicles, finance home improvements, purchase a new home, take a special vacation or for any other worthwhile purchase.

Refinance and Save!

Many members are able to lower their interest rate or payment when they refinance loans currently held by another lender, with a low interest rate credit union loan. Contact a credit union representative for refinance information or to calculate monthly payments.

Vehicle Loans

Your credit union is the place to finance your next vehicle! We offer competitive low interest rates and flexible terms for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Applications can be accepted online, over the telephone, in person at any of our offices or at one of the automobile dealerships we have partnered with to bring you one-stop shopping! Mortgage Loans

Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make. We have partnered with AmeriCU Mortgage to bring you personalized service, flexible financing options and low interest rate mortgage loans whether you are purchasing or refinancing your home.

Between May 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013 the Appraisal Fee* for your Mortgage will be Waived!

Join us at one of our mortgage OPEN HOUSES held May 3rd and May 17th from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Main Office located at 4411 Calkins Rd. Flint  MI, 48532.  Representatives from AmeriCU Mortgage will be available to answer questions, receive applications and find a mortgage program for you.

*  Flint Area School Employees Credit Union and/or AmeriCU Mortgage will refund the cost of your appraisal upon the closing of your loan.  Applications must be received between May 1st and June 30th.  Loans must close within 90 days of approval.  Minimum loan amount for free appraisal promotion is $40,000. 

Home Equity Loans

We offer two types of home equity loans to meet your needs!

Traditional Second Mortgage – Borrow a specific amount to be repaid over a set period of time with equal low monthly payments and a fixed interest rate.

Home Equity Line of Credit - Borrow the amount you need, up to your approved limit, as you need it and your payments are based on the amount of your last loan advance.

The interest rates for home equity loans are typically lower than interest rates for personal loans and the interest you pay may be tax-deductible**. Consider a Home Equity Loan for home improvements or repairs, college tuition and expenses, vacation or wedding expenses or to consolidate high interest rate debt.

Personal Loans

Need extra funds for travel, holiday or summer expenses? We offer a variety of low fixed interest rate personal loans to meet your needs! A Personal Loan can be used for many worthwhile purposes and does not require collateral to secure the loan. When you sign your loan documentation, your signature is the guarantee that the loan will be repaid according to the terms and conditions set forth in the loan documentation. Apply here for your loan!
