A great advantage of membership in Flint Area School Employees Credit Union is access to fast, flexible loans for almost any purpose. We make it easy for you to apply and receive fast approval for loans to purchase vehicles, finance home improvements, take a special vacation or for any purpose. Choose from these convenient low interest rate options:

Secured Loans
The term "secured" means that you pledge certain financial assets as collateral until the loan is paid in full. When you buy a new car, for example, the car is the collateral. You may also secure loans with your Share account or Certificate of Deposit account with the Credit Union.

Unsecured Loans
A personal loan, sometimes called a “signature” loan, may be unsecured, that is, collateral may not be required.

Line of Credit Loans
A Line of Credit loan is a pre-approved loan amount available for a variety of purposes. The pre-authorized credit line lets you draw on it as needed.

Easy Payment Options
For your convenience, you can select from many options to repay your loan. Make your loan payment by choosing an option that fits your style.

Your options include:

• Payroll Deduction (payments automatically deducted from your paychecks)
• Automatic account transfer (payments deducted from your share (savings) or share draft (checking) account)
• By mail
• "A+CALL®" telephone transfer
• In person at one of our two offices
• "A+COMPUTE®" PC transfer

For school employees who do not receive a paycheck during the months of July and August, we offer the option of a loan that does not require payments during those months.
